Corporate Planning
A Corporate & Business plan is published each year by the Agency. The Corporate Plan usually covers a period of 3 years and sets out the strategic context within which the Agency will develop its services.
The Business Plan element is updated annually and concentrates on specific targets and objectives for the forthcoming year. An annual assessment of performance against Business Plan targets is published by way of an Annual Report.
The most recent edition of our Business Plan covering the 2011-2012 business year was published in October 2011.
