Corporate Planning
A Corporate & Business plan is published each year by the Agency. The Corporate Plan covers a period of 3 years and sets out the strategic context within which the Agency will develop its services.
The Business Plan element is updated annually and concentrates on objectives for the forthcoming year. An annual assessment of performance against Business Plan targets is published by way of an Annual Report.
