Organisational Structure
The Chief Executive is directly accountable to the Minister for the Agency's performance. She is supported in discharging the day to day responsibilities by a Management Board, which comprises:
Director of Youth Justice Services; Director of Custody; Director of Business Improvement; Director of Corporate Services and two Non-Executive Directors.
The current top management structure is as follows:-
The Management Board is the top management group for the Agency. It normally meets on a monthly basis.
