Organisational Structure
The Chief Executive is directly accountable to the Minister for the Agency's performance. He is supported in discharging the day to day responsibilities by a Management Board, which comprises:
Director of Community Services; Director of the Youth Conference Service; Director of Custody; Director of Corporate Services and 2 Non-Executive Directors.
The current top management structure is as follows:-
The Management Board is the top management group for the Agency. It normally meets on a monthly basis.
