Performance Monitoring
The Agency provides quarterly performance reports to its Departmental Sponsor and to the Minister of Justice throughout each business year.
Each year the Agency is required to produce an annual report and financial statement. This contains a summary of the Agency's performance against business plan targets for the year including financial performance against budget. The report is published and presented to the NI Assembly before the summer recess each year.
The Agency has so far produced eight Annual Reports.
The most recent Annual Report, covering the 2010-2011 business year, was published on 1st July 2011.
