 | Philip Tooze Director Of Custodial Services Philip was appointed Director of Custodial Services on 6th October 2003. Prior to joining the Youth Justice Agency, he was Deputy Project Director of London Secure Services with responsibility of care services for both Orchard Lodge and Stamford House Secure Children's Homes. He had previously been Principal of Clare Lodge Secure Children's home for six years in Peterborough, and at times also had responsibility as a service manager of a number of children's homes in the city. Before going into residential work, Philip managed the North Cambridgeshire Youth Justice team for three years. He worked for the Probation Service in England between 1983 and 1994. Philip holds a B.Sc. in Social Science and a CQSW. | |||||||||
