Commencement of new Juvenile Justice Centre rules (12/11/2008)
The new Juvenile Justice Centre Rules (Northern Ireland) 2008 came into effect as from today, 12th November 2008.These new rules were made by the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 52(1) of the Criminal Justice (Children) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 and supersede the former 1999 rules which are formally revoked.
